Available Products

Create Your Own is currently available for:

	Printing available on the front and back covers. Note: There is a 0.5" x 0.5" production barcode visible on the back cover that cannot be removed.
Journals

	Print on left side only, right side only, both sides, or a single center print. Two-sided prints can be the same image or be different images.
Mugs

	Maximum printable area is 3.4 inches square. Print is only on the flat surface.

How It Works

1.   Send Us Your Custom Request

Email your request to:   myidea@lencyns.com.

Tell us which product you're interested in and what you'd like to include. Send us your artwork, personal photos, wording, names, dates, or other design elements you'd like included. We'll review your request and the materials you've provided to make sure they are suitable for the product and printing process. Because every custom project is different, we'll provide you with a price based on the product and the amount of preparation and customization required.

There is no obligation to proceed after receiving your quote.

2.   We'll Prepare Your Layout

If you decide to proceed, we'll use the artwork, photos, wording, and other design elements you've provided to prepare the layout for your chosen product. This may include arranging, positioning, sizing, or making other adjustments necessary to prepare your supplied materials for printing.

3.   Review Your Proof and Price

We will email you a digital proof showing how your custom product will look along with the price for your custom order. Review the proof and pricing and let us know if everything looks right. If reasonable adjustments are needed, we'll work with you to make them.

4.   Approve Your Proof and Place Your Order

Once you're happy with the final proof and price, you'll approve the proof and receive instructions for completing your purchase. Your custom product will not be sent to production until the final proof has been approved and your order has been placed.

5.   We'll Make It for You

After your final design has been approved and your order is placed, your custom product will be sent to production. Then all that's left is to look forward to receiving something made especially for you.

Custom Orders, Refunds & Damages

Because Create Your Own products are made specifically for you and the final proof is approved before production, they cannot be returned or refunded due to a change of mind or dissatisfaction with an approved design.

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us promptly at info@lencyns.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If possible, please include photos of the item, the packaging, and the shipping label when contacting us about damage. This will help us evaluate the problem and work toward a resolution.

Design Guidelines

We welcome many different types of designs, but there are some requests we cannot accept.

We reserve the right to decline any custom request at our discretion, including designs containing:

• Pornographic or sexually explicit content
• Graphic violence or disturbing imagery
• Hate speech, discriminatory content, or material promoting hatred toward individuals or groups
• Threatening, harassing, or abusive content
• Content promoting illegal activity
• Copyrighted or trademarked images, characters, logos, or other material that you do not have permission to use
• Any other content that we consider inappropriate for our products or business

Submitting a custom request does not guarantee that it will be accepted. If we're unable to fulfill your request, we'll let you know.

Your Artwork and Images

By submitting photos, artwork, logos, text, or other material, you confirm that you own the material or have permission to use and reproduce it on the requested product.

Please provide the best-quality images and artwork available. If we believe a supplied image may not reproduce well when printed, we'll let you know.
